AKSA BEACH

Aksa Beach is a popular beach and a vacation spot in Aksavillage at Malad, Mumbai, India. It is situated close toMalvani. This beach is one of the most silent and least visited beaches. It is very clean you could find a large variety of snails and shells. It is a popular weekend destination with youngsters. It is dotted with many private cottages and hotels, some of which are rented out to tourists and visitors.

GATE WAY OF INDIA

The Gateway of India was built to commemorate the visit of King George Vand Queen Mary to Mumbai, prior to the Delhi Durbar, in December 19The architect George Wittet combined the elements of the Roman triumphal arch and the 16th-century architecture of Gujarat. Its design is a combination of Hindu and Muslim architectural styles; the arch is of Muslim style while the decorations are of Hindu style.

CRAWFORD MARKET

Crawford Market is one of South Mumbai's most famous markets. It is named after Arthur Crawford, the first Municipal Commissioner of the city. The market houses a wholesale fruit, vegetable and poultry market. One end of the market is a pet store. Different varieties of dogs, cats, and birds can be found in this area. Most of the sellers inside the market sell imported items such as foods, cosmetics, household and gift items.

DHARAVI

The slum grew in part because of expulsion of factories and residents from peninsular city center by colonial government, and from rural poor migrating into urban Mumbai. ELEPHANTA CAVE

The Elephanta Caves are a network of sculpted caves located on Elephanta Island. The island, located on an arm of the Arabian Sea, consists of two groups of caves—the first is a large group of five Hindu caves, the second, a smaller group of two Buddhist caves. The rock cut architecture of the caves has been dated to between the 5th and 8th centuries, although the identity of the original builders is still a subject of debate.
